Embark on Au Co Cruise with this 3 days 2 nights itinerary to explore the world-renowned Halong Bay, as well as less-crowded destinations of the neighboring Bai Tu Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay and beyond.

Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay

8:00 - 8:30AM: You will be picked up by our local team at your hotel in Hanoi and transferred to Halong bay. Enjoy the 2.5 hour drive through the fertile flood plains of the Red River Delta. Make optional stops on the way for coffee break or taking pictures of the everyday life sceneries. Arrival in Bhaya Cruise Center at midday, located within the Tuan Chau Marina. Relax in the private lounge that is exclusively accessible to The Au Co’s passengers.

12:30: Board The Au Co and visit the cabin before heading to the Ha long Restaurant for a safety briefing as well as to meet the Cruise Manager and the crew team while enjoying a fresh welcome drink. The journey begins with a fusion lunch while The Au Co cruises towards the southeast of Ha long Bay.

Afternoon, visit Trinh Nu Area and enter the front entrance by kayak or tender boat. Get surprised by one of the finest sunlight-filled caves in Ha long Bay before arriving at the private pristine beach. Kayak around the area surrounded by green karst mountain or sunbathe on the long sandy Trinh Nu Beach. Return to The Au Co and cruise toward the anchor place for the night.

Day 2: Halong Bay cruise

Rejuvenate the body and spirit with a refreshing Tai Chi lesson as the sun rises over the acclaimed UNESCO Heritage Site. Complimentary coffee & tea are served in the restaurant. Start the day with a hearty breakfast in the restaurant as The Au Co cruises through Lan Ha Bay to reach Cat Ba Island.

Arrive in Cat Ba Island. Choose a bicycle and pedal to Viet Hai Village – a small village nestled in the heart of Cat Ba National Park with Bhaya Cruises’ in-house tour guides. While there, tour a Vietnamese ancient house and learn about “Viet Hai Community Farm” & “Save the Langurs”, two of Bhaya Cruises’ corporate social responsibilities projects.

Enjoy a village-style lunch served in Bhaya Café – a quiet and peaceful space surrounded by the lush green of nature. Take part a cooking class and enjoy the lunch there. Bid farewell to the Viet Hai village and return to where the ship anchors. Cool off with a swim in the emerald lagoon around Viet Hai pier or return to the boat for freshening up.

The ship starts cruising toward the heart of Ha long Bay. Sight-see around Cua Van Floating Village well-known for its location in the heart of Ha long Bay, by kayak or traditional rowing boat. The area is considered one of the most beautiful destinations in the world by Travel & Leisure Magazine. Return to The Au Co for some time at leisure to relax or try the Jacuzzi onboard. Then the ship return to place anchors for the night.

Lan Ha bar opens again for Happy Hour for buy one get one free on a selection of drinks with complimentary snacks. Take a bridge tour by the Captain and an engine room tour by the Chief Mechanic to discover more about The Au Co cruise. Immerse in the beauty of Halong Bay at night during a sumptuous dinner on the sundeck (or in the restaurant, depending on the weather).

Relax in your cabin or enjoy a drink and chat with new friends at the Lan Ha Bar. Or enjoy squids fishing program after dinner on the first deck. Retire to your cabin for a good night sleep.

Day 3: Halong Bay - hanoi

Take advantage of a second chance to start the day with a Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck with complimentary tea and coffee. A light breakfast is served in Ha Long restaurant. Avoid the morning crowd and enjoy an early visit to Sung Sot Cave, the largest cave of the Bay with 10,000 square meters of space holding thousands of stalactites and stalagmites in fascinating shapes and sizes.

Return to The Au Co and prepare to check out. Enjoy the brunch served in the restaurant while the ship cruises toward the harbor.

10:30: Disembark at Tuan Chau International Marina, you will be picked up again by our local team and brought back to Hanoi. The Au Co Cruise 3 Days 2 Nights Itinerary is completed.
