2 Days 1 Night Itinerary
Day 1: Hanoi - Halong Bay
8:00 - 8:30AM: You will be picked up by our local team at your hotel in Hanoi and transferred to Halong bay. Enjoy the 3.5 hour drive through the fertile flood plains of the Red River Delta. Make optional stops on the way for coffee break or taking pictures of the everyday life sceneries.
Arrival in Halong Bay at midday, embark on Bai Tho cruise ship at 12:30pm to begin your overnight cruise on Halong Bay. Enjoy lunch while the ship leaves the dock and cruises forward to Halong bay. Admire the fascinating karst formations on the way.
In the afternoon, explore the Thien Canh Son Cave - one of the most well-known tourist’s attractions in the region. The name ‘Thien Canh Son’ gives it a pretty positive first impression. Translating to something along the lines of ‘mountain landscape in Heaven’, the cave is renowned for its ethereal and unspoiled beauty.
The boat-house anchors at about 6pm. Evening activities may include pre-dinner cocktail party, cooking class, set dinner, squid fishing.
Overnight on board junk.
day 2: Halong Bay - hanoi
Enjoy sunrise over the bay or take part in the early morning Tai Chi class on the sundeck. Coffee, tea and breakfast pastries will be served. Afterwards, take a bamboo sampan boat to visit the floating village of Vung Vieng. Return to the boat to check out at 9am, then enjoy a buffet bruch.
Disembark at Halong pier at 10.30am, you will be picked up again by our local team and brought back to Hanoi. Trip ends at about 3pm.
